Discrete, Online Therapy
Your therapy sessions are all virtual which means you get my support from the comfort of your own home.
No waiting rooms.
No wasting time on a commute.
And no wondering who might have seen you coming in and out of a therapy practice.
How long is each session?
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
What is the pricing?
All sessions are $175.
Is the online platform secure?
I use a secure telehealth platform that follows HIPAA guidelines.
Do you take insurance?
I am an "out of network" provider which means I don’t accept any insurance, and payment is required at time of service.
This allows for greater flexibility and discretion in treatment (there’s no paper trail).
If you want to use insurance benefits, I can send you a monthly "Superbill''.
This will have all the necessary documentation you need to submit for out of network reimbursement benefits covered on your insurance plan.
Please note this benefit varies plan to plan and is not guaranteed.
Which states do you practice in?
My license is in Colorado, but I’m also licensed in PSYPACT
This allows me to work with people in any states that are a part of PSYPACT.
Currently there are 34 states, which are covered by this license.
What happens in between sessions?
At the end of each session we discuss how you can implement what we’ve been discussing and working on.
These are practical and actionable tips to implement in your daily routine, to build healthier routines and self-care practices.
What happens on a free consultation call?
-
When you book your consultation call via my calendar link, you’ll be asked to leave your number
-
I then call you at our scheduled time
-
On the call, I’ll ask you about what’s going on in your life at the moment, and why you’re seeking therapy.
-
We’ll discuss whether I’m the right therapist for you (I am passionate about making sure we’re a great fit to work together - and if I can’t help I’ll guide you to someone who I think would be a better fit)
-
I’l also explain how I run my therapy sessions, and encourage you to ask any questions that come up for you
-
If we decide we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll then pick a regular time and day for your sessions
